Booking ferry tickets was fast and easy with OKFerry. However, it would have been nice for the confirmation page to note that the tickets would be emailed to me. The confirmation page indicated that we would need to visit the ticket office on the ferry dock in order to obtain tickets. Thank you.

Ritardo alla partenza x portoferraio al ritorno ho mostrato x errore il biglietto di andata e mi hanno fatto passare senza essersi accorto del mio errore. X il resto tutto ok. Il biglietto costa meno delle altre compagnie e in più se uno vuole ti stampano il biglietto gratis. Mentre le altre compagnie chiedono euro 15.00 :(.stando a quanto mi è stato riferito.

Easy booking, great that wecan embark and get off on different harbours! Points of attention: (1) the number plate of the rental car is not always avalaible when booking the ferry. (2) last boat going back to Pozzuoli is quite early in the afternoon (15.00), departure at 16.00 - 17.00 would be more attractive.

Ottimo servizio, con personale disponibile e gentile. Già utilizzato in passato. Dovendo effettuare una modifica repentina alla mia prenotazione, sono stata immediatamente ed agevolmente soddisfatta. Il sistema di prenotazione on-line è pratico, facile e veloce. Unica note negativa, che capisco non dipendere da voi, è il l'aumento dei biglietti, sarebbe carino creare un alert in tal senso.

I am very disappointed because I pay for an insurance and I when I cancelled my ticket, I've been refund only 104 € despite I pay 175€ !

E' da qualche tempo che mi rivolgo a Traghetti lines per il rilascio di biglietti per Olbia e Civitavecchia. Confermo che si tratta di un ottimo servizio reso agli utenti come lo scrivente che viaggia via mare dal 1985. Complimenti vivissimi in particolare a Marco e Grazia. ed è valutabile.

Ho comprato il biglietto on line perché non volevo scendere dalla macchina per fare il biglietto e mettermi così direttamente in fila per l'imbarco. Se così non è mi pare tutto inutile, anche se ho una fila privilegiata.
